By accessing or using PandaProbe, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Open Source Software

The core PandaProbe platform is open-source software licensed under the Apache License 2.0 and is available at github.com/chirpz-ai/pandaprobe. Your use of the open-source code is governed by the Apache 2.0 License, not these Terms. These Terms apply exclusively to your use of the cloud-hosted Service operated by Chirpz AI Inc.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including all proprietary software, branding, and content created by Chirpz AI Inc., is owned by or licensed to the Company. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service for your own purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any proprietary elements of the Service without our express written permission.

Your Content

You retain ownership of any data, traces, or content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant Chirpz AI Inc. a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, store, and process your content solely to provide and improve the Service.

Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services and websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party services. Your interactions with third parties are governed by their own terms and policies.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. AI-powered features may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected outputs. Chirpz AI Inc. does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated results.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Chirpz AI Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Chirpz AI Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

Termination
